Be aware: this pharmacy does not pay attention to notes or instructions provided by your doctor. I was given the incorrect prescription, and when the mistake was discovered, the pharmacy took zero accountability for an error that could have ended badly. The pharmacy manager, Luis, was arrogant, dismissive, and openly rude. He is the only rude employee I have ever encountered at any Costco location, which makes his behavior stand out even more. Rather than taking responsibility for a very serious mistake, he pushed blame onto others and showed no concern for the impact this could have had on my health. I’ve been receiving my prescriptions from your pharmacy for about 10 years, and in the past, I’ve occasionally been given a short-term loaner supply when there were delays in communication with my doctor. Today, however, Sierra informed me that providing a loaner is now against store policy. I’m currently on my second day without my medication, which is extremely concerning and dangerous given that I’ve been taking it consistently for the past decade. This lapse poses a serious risk to my health. This “store policy,” which was presented as an unchangeable rule, is completely new to me and was handled very poorly. This place is always busy no matter what day of the week or what time. I like to grab a brisket here to make it home. The monsters and canned drinks in bulk come out so much cheaper than buying just the regular 12 pack. I like the free packed dinners like the pastas. While trying to lose weight we pick up the stuffed bell peppers quite a bit and they are very good. On the way out even when we're trying to lose weight we always end up grabbing a pizza slice or a hot dog because they are just so well priced.

The three stars maybe is not fair, but I was extremely disappointed in trying to get christmas wrap that they for years had jumble rows of very nice wrap. All they had was a three pack of very small rolls of wrapping paper.

10 year customer. Called in to refill my blood pressure medication, Eric said I didn’t need a refill because his records indicate that I should have plenty. He suggested I look at my prescription bottle again. Eric’s rude and aggressive behavior makes me want to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. The only records that matter to me is the number of pills left in my medicine bottle (3). Very unhappy customer!
