Costco Pharmacy

Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Can't find information online to get fax number so that you can have your physician. Send your prescription ahead of time. At minimum you stand in line for 15 to 20 minutes even if your prescription is already ready. Two of three staff members were actively aggravated and just not helpful.

I don’t recommend getting vaccine shots at this location; consider going to another Costco instead. 1. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time but waited 45 minutes to receive the shots. 2. The appointment seemed meaningless—they handled tasks randomly and assisted customers in no apparent order. 3. The layout is poorly designed: the waiting line for vaccines overlaps with the prescription line, causing confusion. Even when we stayed seated or kept our distance, staff accused us of cutting in line and yelled at us. 4. No post-shots instructions were provided.

I'm not surprised to see others praising their manager, Chris. My wife picked up our dog's prescription heart worm and flea medications at RWC Costco. English isn't her first language and she praised Chris. I was in the store the next week, stopped by the pharmacy, and thanked him for his courtesy. He remembered talking to my wife, and even our dog's name. He gives discounts and matches the Rx place coupons. Ask him. He said, "Those drug companies make a LOT of money. If I can help people keep some of that money-- I'm doing it." I'm seconding what others wrote about Chris here. Good man.

Love this pharmacy! Picking up meds can be such a chore (especially when dealing with insurance, having to battle for parking, dealing with symptoms, etc.) The techs + pharmacists at the RWC Costco are so helpful and have gone above and beyond for me more than once. Special shoutout to Chris - he is so friendly, helpful, and always lifts my spirits!

Not enough staff working here and always a line. Line was so long that I had to leave.
