Medication was ready for pick up and there was no line, but probably because they weren't that busy. The person at the register may have just been having a bad day, but was not very nice when I didn't have my mother-in-law's birthday.. "well you want to get it?' was her exact words.

If you have multiple items to pick up, make sure they get all of them before you go. This pharmacy have very bad service, they made me come Saturday, Monday and Tuesday all most every day but still can’t get all my medication. On Saturday I dropped off my prescription, they said they are running out that medication so they need to reorder, and they will send me message when it’s ready to pick up. After one hour I left, I got the message said it’s ready to pick up, I’m confused did they really checked their inventory? It’s already in the store why they told me they need to reorder. But since I already left I decided to go on Monday. On Monday I went there again, they said they only got one medication, the other one still need to reorder, if they are not ready for all my items why they send

I was involved in two car accidents (one man was going against traffic the other one the driver was texting) and suffered two head injuries. I went to drop off a simple prescription at this Costco Pharmacy and ended up having a terrible experience. When I picked up my medicine I wasn’t asked if I wanted a consultation with the pharmacist so I had to go back and ask for one. Then when speaking to their pharmacist I told her I had TWO medications prescribed and she said, “No, you thought you have two but it couldn’t fit in one bottle so we divided into two separate bottles.” She did not care enough to check and kept trying to send me off. Then I called my doctor... turns out I was correct and they did prescribe TWO separate medication and THE PHARMACY THEN LIED TO MY DOCTOR!!! They said they

Was able to transfer my prescription from another location and pick up my meds within one day. Very nice and friendly people work here. Thank you Costco!
