Costco Pharmacy

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service and the staff's speed. The medication was prescribed at 11:00 a.m., but it wasn't ready by 7:00 p.m. They told me to wait another 25 minutes.

I have to go to this pharmacy because of my insurance. If it were not for that, I would go elsewhere. I have medications I have to take daily. Once a month I have to personally call the pharmacy for said prescriptions. Today I called as usual and I was told tomorrow it would be ready. I am calling at 10am in the morning and the prescriptions needs to be picked up today because of the regimen I am on. I tell the tech that I actually need to pick it up today and I was met with a sharp tone of "well, it won't be ready till LATE this afternoon". I get it, people are busy but since I am forced to call and I do that early, I guess I am just wondering why the tone and also, since you can CLEARLY see the med and how it is prescribed, that it actually can't wait till tomorrow. The pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpful. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and polite. I've always had a pleasant experience with the pharmacy. They actually call when there are issues filling a prescription.

Super kind staff, Kelsie is great. Got my prescription filled up and gave me a general idea as to how long it would take— which gave me time to browse the store.
