Costco Pharmacy

I had an amazing experience at Costco Pharmacy today thanks to Dr. Matt. He is full of positive energy, very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to guide me patiently, even called my insurance to help me with my medication questions. His professionalism and kindness truly made my day — I even forgot about my health problems for a moment because of how reassuring he was. It’s rare to meet someone so outstanding in every way. I 100% recommend Costco Pharmacy because of the exceptional service Dr. Matt provides. I really appreciate how friendly the pharmacy team is here. They are always very quick and efficient. So far I have had only positive experiences here.

The worst experience I ever had at a pharmacy. The worst customer service and worst pharmacy ever. They took two hours to process a prescription while busy chitchatting and kept the prescription aside for 30 minutes for no reason clearly knowing that we were waiting for it. Even after checking if it is ready took another 10 minutes to hand over. The staff is very unprofessional. Google should have negative ratings for such practices.

The pharmacist at this Costco is so professional and kind. They are always ready to help and answer my questions with a great attitude.

Always friendly, always efficient. Very helpful with new medicines.
