Costco Pharmacy

The Pharmacy has reached out to me and made the effort to correct all issues I have had. I am very impressed with their efforts to make me happy. I will be using them from now on.

I currently take a medication that often experiences nationwide shortages which can be quite anxiety inducing, however, this Costco pharmacy minimizes discomfort as they always have it in stock within 48 hours. I never have to worry here as I hear many others mention regarding their pharmacy. Beyond that, I was pretty nervous getting this filled for the first time as I’d never taken medication besides when I was sick - and the staff here is so phenomenal those worries went away after my first pickup. The entire team is really wonderful from speed of service to applying manufacturer coupons, but I was really inspired to write this review by the interactions I’ve had with Matthew. He is truly so kind and a pleasure to work with - the absolute best. There’s a million places that offer rewards

They just don't care and let you go without medication every single month. Techs are real nice. They just don't order your medicine even when you call, speak to people, leave messages. You go in and told no We Don't have your medication. WOW, my dog gets better care than me! So, confirm they can't get medication.

Novato Costco Pharmacy employees are the best! They are professional, efficient and CARING. My family has been using this location for several years. I had complicated issues with the insurance company and medication refills and they helped me by calling the Help Desk to resolve the problems.

I have been using the Costco Pharmacy for my pet meds for years. They are always quick to fill new prescriptions and the text reminders for refills keep my meds on schedule. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. We recently had a problem with our vet getting a request in and the pharmacy tech Vera went above and beyond in helping us get our pain medicine for our gravely ill dog filled. We so appreciate the personal attention and compassion.
