Costco Pharmacy

My prescription is out of stock at my normal pharmacy so I thought I would check my local Costco. I was very polite about my inquiry but before I could finish my sentence the woman on the phone started yelling at me to stop. I understand that a national shortage is out of her hands and that this is likely a stressful situation for her, but I don’t appreciate being yelled at. It is also stressful to not have access to my prescription medications but I don’t yell at people.

Wife and I are very pleased with the service at Montgomeryville Costco. They go out of their way to help you.

Switched pharmacies because I thought I'll get the same great service associated with Costco. Wrong. The "sleepy eyes" pharmacist has the attitude as big as the warehouse itself. She denied my prescription for the stupidest reason. I guess, back to CVS.

Great prices on generic drugs, staffed with pleasant employees. Have been using this store for over ten years now without a single incident. Thank you Costco and keep up the good work. The prices are helping a lot of families stay healthy.

I have never left a review before. I was very offended my the service at the pharmacy. Not only were they not helpful or willing to work with me they forgot to put me on hold and I heard them talking negatively about me.
