Costco Pharmacy

I was in an extreme rush due to early morning travel, and my prescription didn’t reach the pharmacy until after 6:30 PM last night just minutes before they closed at 7. Despite being clearly slammed with the usual Costco evening rush, the pharmacy team was still patient, professional, and genuinely kind. They went out of their way to get my prescription filled before closing, even though they easily could have told me to come back the next day. Because of their effort, I avoided having to change flights and deal with a major travel setback. I can’t thank this team enough. Their dedication and customer service were exceptional, and I’m extremely grateful. This is exactly the kind of team that makes Costco stand out.

After reading some of the negative reviews I felt like I needed to share my experiences with Costco pharmacy. Our entire family uses this pharmacy and I’ve never had any issues or complaints. These people are nice and helpful. The prices are among the lowest available. I get text messages that my meds are ready and a reminder when I’m due for a refill. Simply the best experience

They ruined the whole mood for such a wonderful holiday, Christmas. Since I was at work, I asked my adult children to buy groceries in this store. For this, I gave them my "Costco" card. The seller refused to sell the goods to my adult children. Even the fact that the documents and the card had the same last name. I will never, under any circumstances, go to this store with such BAD sales conditions.

If I could give it zero stars, I would.... I was there the other day for a medication, I ask the lady at front for the email so my doctor could send it the prescription and she told me that they don't use email.. what is this? Stone Age? Then she tells me to send the recipe by FAX, which practically nobody uses, even though my Dr. sent it (2) two times and she told me that they never received it. Is this how Costco now treats its customers? Really?

Spent the entire day trying to transfer a medication to Publix, one that I needed filled urgently today. Publix said they tried calling Costco pharmacy earlier but nobody answered. They then said Costco was supposed to fax the prescription, but that never happened either. When I talked to Costco pharmacist around 4pm, she told me Publix needs to call them. This shouldn't be so difficult it's very straightforward. Now I can't get ahold of anyone! Terrible service, I will be cancelling my membership and requesting a refund if this simple task is not taken care of ASAP. Save yourself the time and don't go to this pharmacy... They can't seem to execute on basic tasks!
