Costco Pharmacy

Thanks to the Mall Drive COSTCO Pharmacy staff. They are always friendly, compassionate and professional while meeting my prescription needs. I not only receive prompt fills but if there is a problem, without fail, they contact to keep me informed. Thanks to to the entire staff for going above and beyond!

Seriously the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. I’ll always use costco pharmacy, it puts cvs and walgreens to shame. The phones are always answered, the meds are always in stock or refill quickly. Most importantly i’m not lied to about wait times and availability.

Kristin (hope I spelled right) was able to sense my urgency to diabetic insulin syringes and got my order filled within 15 minutes (about the time it took me to get there) I'm dealing with insurance and distribution hell and needed help asap! She helped get them ready by the time I arrived at the desk to pick them up! Thank you so much!

If you actually need your medicine on time, do not go here. I gave it 2 stars because the workers are always friendly, but for a place so large, they must have no medication in stock. This is the 2nd time I have had to call up there and ask them to fill a prescription that my doctor called in for me. They told me my prescription was ready but when I showed up, they gave me 2 pills and told me to come back later when they had more. This is an antibiotic so it needs to be taken continuously and for the full amount in order to work. It has now been 3 days and they still haven't filled it. CVS was more expensive but at least they had my medicine ready when I needed it.

I’m not sure what has been going on with the Costco pharmacy but things have gotten really bad. Over the past few months many mistakes and the lack of customer service has arisen. They put two different medications on the same prescription number and I would have to call them to get it right each time, even tho they told me they fixed it. They sent my father someone else’s medication. Today, I called for my medication and told them I was there and they said I would have to wait two hrs or come back “bc they are to busy on Monday’s”. Then I went inside bc that’s ridiculous. I spoke to the only male in the pharmacy on the phone and he is the one who told me it would be two hrs. Went inside there were five ppl behind the pharmacy and it took them five minutes to even acknowledge a line of thr
