Costco Pharmacy

Fantastic pharmacy, pharmacist, and techs. Have been using them for years. Only one time did I have a problem and that's when the doctor's office had screwed up my prescription. They got it straightened out right away and I have had no problem since then.

The pharmacists and techs at this pharmacy are always friendly and helpful. Always. I always have positive experiences, even when they’re busy. Recently, I had a little snafu there but they handled it well , fixed it right away. That helped define my impressions of them and just adds to why they have it together there. It’s the little things in life and knowing we can rely on this pharmacy is one of them.

1 Star for Customer Service. This was the first time using Costco’s pharmacy and it was for one of my pets. I dropped the prescription off 11 days ago (a Monday). It was for one 1-month prescription with no refills. They only had 20 of the 100 pills in stock. I took them and was assured they would place an order on Thursday as that was when they did their animal prescriptions and I would receive a text when it was ready. I called today (Friday and 11 days later) and the first time the tech hung up on me. I called again (reached the same tech) and was told they didn’t have it because I didn’t call in a refill. I told her — No - I was told the balance would be ordered Thursday of last week as that was when Costco placed orders for animals. She then said that was miscommunicated. She then pu

Costco Pharmacy surpasses the rest. You don’t have to be a member. They have the greatest service. Ms Rose who is the Pharmacist will help you and answer your concerns. Everyone is pleasant and efficient. They work as a team. Your meds will be less than other pharmacies. Then you have a huge section with over the counter meds at good prices. Immunizations are available. I drive 45 miles each way because they know my name.

They rush you and not very interested in applying manufacturers coupon . I moved from Walmart they were at least patient and help always . This is not good place to deal .
