Costco Pharmacy

I love the Costco pharmacy. They have great service and great prices

The staff is very friendly and accommodating at the Cosco in New Britain. It’s the policies of Costco pharmacy that are very poor given the advance technology of other businesses and pharmacies. They do not allow HSA cards to be kept on file so the card can be charged prior to delivery, they do not allow HSA cards to be used for Instacart deliveries due to limited systems abilities.. I went on a Sunday to get my prescription and they were closed, The hours during the week are only 10 to 7. Overall, poor policies compared to CVS. No reflection on the staff..

This pharmacy is convenient and easy for me to use but the workers I’ve encountered are rude and twice now I’ve gotten the wrong prescription. At this point it’s easier for me to just try to get it filled somewhere else. I understand that times are busy and stressful but having to go back for the correct thing and being met with people that cut me off or act like I’m an inconvenience is just not worth it.
