Costco Pharmacy

Apparently you pay for a membership, but if you don’t buy the executive card, you cannot enter till 10 AM. I just tried walking in at 9:19 AM and apparently my regular card is not good enough so unless you’re an executive card holder, don’t expect to get in before 10 AM.

I haven’t even used this pharmacy but they get one star for their horrible phone etiquette and unprofessionalism. I called to speak with the pharmacist regarding a prescription, and I guess when he answered he didn’t hear me start with “hi, how are you?” before introducing myself and continuing my question so he just continued to say “hi” and “hello” over and over, speaking over me and interrupting to the point I had to ask if he was able to hear me to which I received a snide remark about saying hello. Talk about unprofessional.

The pharmacist named Dinitrious is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to ask questions to as he is very well Informed. Goes out of his way for the customer to help!

Resemble price good service..

I waited the 20 minutes they told me it would take to fill my prescription. I walked up to the counter to see if it was ready and I was told, very rudely, to step away from the counter!!!! Definitely lacking customer service!!!!
