Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had! Dr. Pop is so kind, personable, and genuinely cares about her patients. She does amazing work and always makes me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I highly recommend her!

I had an excellent experience getting a dental crown at Bella smiles at Nesconset with Dr. Pop from start to finish, the entire process was smooth and painless. She made sure I was comfortable at every step. Dr. Pop took the time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions, The crown fits perfectly and looks completely natural. I highly recommend her for anyone in need of quality dental care.

My most recent appointment was fine, they took me quick, told me I have 2 cavitys (No location,size or course of action, didnt even show me the xray) , when told my insurance runs out on the 23rd and my next apt would be the 28th. No way to help me so they offered to book me a $115 cleaning. Ive been going to NDA/Bella Smiles since I was 18. The staff was GREAT till about 2-3 years ago. First it was small appointment annoyances, then it was the revolving door of staff who has caused a bunch of issues like failure to use a Lead Vest correctly, refusing to polish all my teeth and gave me an attitude when I asked her to clean my teeth properly. Im just so disappointed in this office at this point. I used to have nothing but glowing reviews for them. Now its just mediocrity. My teeth dont even

Dr Shumanov and her staff are a wonderful team to work with. She did a fantastic job installing my new implants. Also, office manager Cheryl worked diligently with my insurance company to get as much covered as possible. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience I had with Bella Smiles.
