Costco Pharmacy

I do not have health insurance due to starting a new job. I use GoodRX so I'm able to afford my mental health meds. I called to see if the RX was ready and explained I'm using GoodRX. She said they are ready for pickup. I got there to pic up my meds. They told me they do not use GoodRX anymore because they are loosing money. You have got to be kidding me. I finally have my mental health back in track and because you loose money I couldn't get my meds? I really wanted a membership but not anymore. They will not be getting a single penny from me or my family and friends.

Costco Pharmacy staff always greets me with a smile and my prescriptions are ready when expected. They send a text when my order is ready, since I provided them with my cell phone number and opted-in to that service. Did I mention that their prices are rock bottom? I love Costco!

Excelente customer service. Everybody, pharmacists, technicians, tellers try to find a solution for my medications even if they are not cover by my insurance. They have a program which makes medications for uninsured people or medications not covered very affordable

When I arrived to pick up my medication, there was a big line mind you they just opened. The workers all came out to help ring up it went by fast and easy thank you.

Sometimes still suffers from long lines and long Waits. I've also had times that prescriptions have been called in through the automated system but they have no record of it and it was scription isn't filled when I arrive.
