Costco Pharmacy

The female pharmacy techs at this location are incredibly unprofessional and need to be retrained on customer service. Today I called to refill our dog's heartworm meds. The first tech hung up on me because she said she couldn't hear me. Simply. I can't hear you...click! The second told me I could not get the medication until that night, even though we were already minutes away from the store as three people called in sick so all prescriptions were delayed. There was no apology for the delay, just a very curt this is the way it is response. Costco, your staffing issues should never trickle over to the customer. Your techs frustration or piss poor attitudes should never be directed towards the customer. Do better!!! We will never use this pharmacy again based on tech attitudes and your inab

They used to be so kind. I have no issues with the pharmacists however a few of the female technicians (typically the day staff) are so rude to the point of making me feel horrible. I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy. They will refuse to help you in any way over the phone and they DO NOT to the extra mile in anyway. Again I love the pharmacists they are so kind but their techs are so mean. I used to be a certified tech in college so I understand how difficult their job is, and I have the patience for it but I do not understand the hateful attitudes. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I am a local, long-time customer. The people here are all so nice and helpful as well as competent. They really go the extra mile. Great prices. Highly recommended. And, you do not have to be a member of Costco to use the Pharmacy!

First everyone in the pharmacy is extremely rude. Second I don't know if they're all dumb there or just incompetent at their jobs. They told me the COVID vaccine was not covered under my insurance went to another pharmacy and they were able to run it under my insurance with no problems. Go somewhere else.

.Always very friendly and willing to help. The app is great. I can request refills, look up cost and history. I get texts reminders for refills and notification once the med is filled.
