Costco Pharmacy

The pharmacist here was very professional I'm going to see if they take my insurance cuz I have way more pleasant to deal with than the pharmacy I'm using now

I’ve been a loyal customer at Costco Pharmacy for many years, but my recent experience with the pharmacist, Vance, was deeply upsetting. 😞 Due to a sudden policy change, my prescription was withheld without any notice — putting my health in serious danger. Stopping this medication abruptly could have triggered a seizure or other severe medical complications. ⚠️🧠💊 When I brought this up and asked if a courtesy call would have been appropriate, Vance questioned what I was saying and completely dismissed the gravity of the situation. His response was cold, condescending, and showed zero concern for my well-being. 💔 😔 I left feeling shaken, disrespected, and genuinely scared that someone in a position of trust could show such a lack of empathy during a critical moment. 🫤 I truly hope Costc

Acually, this came to my wife, but since she is currently unable to get around, I can best comment. This Costco pharmacy is the only pharmacy I would do business with; the staff is terrific; as is Rick the pharmacy Manager. Great prices, super service and the staff really care. I've been doing business with them for a very long time, after changing from another, closer pharmacy when I first came from NY, to AZ. 16 years ago. Martin Shapiro Apache Junction, AZ.

Pharmacy is so rude. Lady asked if I was sure I could afford my medication. So condescending. I will never use Costco pharmacy again. Questionable if I continue my Costco membership.

They suck the staff aditude is awful they don't care to help you when there is a problem. They don't care about your health or trying to help you get medication when they don't have it in stock. If your from out of town DO NOT GO TO THIS COSTCO PHARMACY!!!
