Costco Pharmacy

I've been coming here for over a year for my pet's medication and recently for my own. Mike is always very helpful and kind when I call and always goes above and beyond for my family when were having trouble getting our medication or if we're having issues with our insurance.

Costco Pharmacy in Melville has been our go-to for all our prescription needs. Conveniently located right outside our home, we’ve made it the designated pharmacy on all our doctors’ notes. The pickup process is always quick and easy, which makes managing our medications hassle-free. Friendly staff and efficient service make it a reliable choice for the whole family. Highly recommend!

My dad has been sick for the last week and we been low on groceries. My sister and my mother were accompanying me to get some vegetables and diabetic vitamins for my mom. Originally we were able to walk in just fine we showed the lady in the front our card and continued to do our grocery shopping for an hour. As we walked towards self check out the same lady from the front came and stopped us checking our Costco card and stating that we cannot shop here after we spent an hour shopping. I understand there’s a policy held for members shopping assuming for safety and product protection … but letting us in … wasting our time and following us all the way to check out from the front felt extremely uncomfortable. I’m going back to get her name with my father and I’ll post it here and speak to upp

I have never had any problems at a Costco. There is always someone up front who can help you find out where a product and whether there is even any in the store. The employees seem to be enjoying the job and that is a plus.

Horrible treatment, they are animals, they don't even deserve a star, they treated me like a thief just because they thought I didn't speak English, never anyone since I came to this country. they treated me like dirt they are the most racist Costco team, They treated me like a thief just because the card was expired and they just had to tell me to renew it and that's it, there was no need to get offended
