Costco Pharmacy

Not a great experience here. It was my first time filling a prescription at Costco so I was unaware of the process but I received multiple texts that they were ready to be picked up. I go to the drop off window and tell a lady I have 2 prescriptions for myself and 1 for my dog. She asks for my name then tells me to wait by the pickup lane. I waited for a while in the pickup lane and no one did anything. After losing patience I ask for help again. This time Aaron N. helps. I explain I've been waiting where I was told to wait. He said "well I wouldn't know I was doing other things". Zero customer service or accountability here. I did what I was told to do, which was wait. Such a wonderful team here! I’ve been a Costco member since 1994, but last week was the first time I utilized a Costco pharmacy. First, Kristi called me because my prescription was ready for pickup. She was polite, amiable and eager to help. Yes, she extended herself by looking up information to respond to my questions. Thereafter, at the counter, Chris greeted me with a smile; even though it was almost the end of the day, he was bright and cheerful. At the consultation counter, speaking with Angelina was ever so refreshing because she animatedly responded to all my questions. She educated me on the use and possible side effects of the new medicine. Can’t say enough about the service! Erin has always been the one to help me and she goes way beyond what any employee should do to make sure my experience is perfect! I have meds that fill 3 different times throughout the month and she is always on cue and makes it soooo easy on me. Thank you for always having my meds in stock and working with me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Before refilling the prescription, be sure to check prices online. In my case, it was 60% lower online than what pharmacy charged me. They will match the goodrx or online price if we show them on the phone

While my medication is not covered by the insurance, Costco pharmacy priced the medication for $550 accepting the medication’s manufacture coupon. Other pharmacy quoted the medication cost for $2,000. Thank you kindly Costco pharmacy 🤍
