Costco Pharmacy

I recently had a HORRIFIC ordeal with the pharmacist at the local CVS which made me feel unsafe getting my prescriptions filled there. So, I transferred to Costco Pharmacy. I really needed a pharmacy with a drive up window but I decided to try them out. From DAY ONE...the pharmacists, pharm techs have been the most helpful, the most polite, the most caring and have gone above an beyond to provide excellent customer service (which is a dying art in the pharmacy world). They really do listen and care about your individual situations, they dont treat you like a number and force you into a box. Example: its Christmas '24 and Im leaving to go out of town to be with family 12/25. One of my controlled substance prescriptions was due 12/27 but they could fill it 12/25 but they would be close

COSTCO, WORST Pharmacy in Lexington I had some prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy. It took the pharmacy about a week to fill. I tried to use a card which had my sons name on it because he was letting me borrow money for my prescriptions, a supervisor was called he refused to accept the payment even though he was on the phone. Costco pharmacy hours are horrible for the working person. I spoke with the pharmacist 1-27-24 and beyond rude. I then had to speak with a manager . Finally the prescriptions were transferred. I was going to purchase a membership, but I will keep my money and definitely shop somewhere else. I wouldn’t give COSTCO 0 stars , but that is not a choice AB

Fast fill and pickup., and I am one of those people that enjoy shopping Costco.

Super nice and friendly staff. You don't have to be a Costco member to get your meds, much cheaper than any other pharmacy in the area.
