Costco Pharmacy

We utilize the Costco Pharmacy and the staff and pharmacists are excellence. They do deliver for a fee and are limited regarding hours but overall are extremely consistent. We use CVS as backup in the event they are not open. The quality of product and customer service at Costo Pharmacy keeps us coming back. Highly recommended.

Update: Do not order a refill over the phone if you want it 2-3 days. Even if the phone number belongs to this pharmacy. Apparently it gets filled on Corona and shipped here. Go figure that, you logistics expert. Place an order online and you will sometimes get an email response. This has been a repeated problem. Fulfillment times are terrible at best. Prices are the same as anywhere, maybe even higher for Apoquel and Synthroid, there is no Costco advantage.

The female pharmacist and male pharmacy tech were just so unprofessional. I have flu and sent a courier to pickup my $0 copay prescription. I called in advance to let them know that I hold a membership, but he doesn’t, they said that’s fine. 10 mins later they called me, literally yelling saying “we don’t do uber!” I could hear them being extremely rude asking him for payment (which they could see was nothing), and my details (which he had) then the female pharmacist yelled to hang up. I cannot believe the unprofessional behavior I just experienced from this pharmacy team and will be contacting corporate with my experience.

It was quick and the prescription prices are insanely inexpensive. I got a prescription that I would normally pay $60 a month for and I got an entire Year's worth for $60. I definitely suggest utilizing Costco's pharmacy especially since it is state law that they have to provide you Services even if you aren't a member. Really really really great deal

I called the pharmacy around 4 pm and the person who answered said they could not do my medicine for today, only tomorrow at 11 am. I explain it was an emergency because I was under very high blood pressure, but she didn't care. Then I called another Cosco from São João Capistrano and got medication right away. Never more...
