Cali Quick Urgent Care

My daughter fell in an indoor playground. We came here right after and the staff was excellent. The waiting room is great for kids. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful. That medical staff made it comfortable for my daughter and were kind. I felt they really took care of my daughter. After taking X-rays it turned she had a fractured elbow. They put on a splint.

Excellent, friendly service! We took our elderly mother in for treatment of a minor ear condition. In the follow-up visit, I was SO impressed that they knew the details of Mom's condition, followed up seamlessly with friendly enthusiasm and encouragement. The care was more personal and warm than experiences I've had with most of my regular primary care physicians over the years. Great job by the receptionist, medical assistant, the whole team!

Staff was wonderful., very personable . Unfortunately the PA was not experienced or confident and she uses her personal values and standards for every patient instead of evaluating individual patient needs for protocol and treatment. No doctor was available to speak with that day. Even though this urgent care is 2 minutes from home I will not return. No way they should have a 5.0 rating.

Cali Kids and Cali Quick Urgent Care are our familiy's favorite urgent care. Whether it's an illness or an unxpected injury, we always know were in the best hands. Dr. Glenn and her team are truly wonderful, and the environment is always warm and welcoming- which means so much to my kids. They have provided exceptional care every time. Highly recommend!

I came in for some vertigo symptoms and found out I had wax buildup in my left ear. I was treated very well and with kindness. They were successful at removing the wax and now I feel like a million bucks. I will definitely use this facility again. It’s so convenient and much closer than my primary care physician.
