Costco Pharmacy

Every single month they have some sort of issue with my prescriptions. I've been dealing with this for 3 years here. Today I was back and forth to two different counters 3 times because they kept missing things. This eas even me calling in 30 min prior to MAKE SURE everything was good to go before I came in. So unorganized.

Poor service! Called and showed up in person twice, and still no record of prescription. First I called to have refill filled. When I went to pick up prescription, they said they had to call Dr. for my refill. So I figure I'd give them a week to perform remedial task. After a week I was shopping and went to pick up script. The clerk couldn't look me up in computer, and after third time giving her my name and info. she informed me that no one had called and my prescription wasn't ready. All three times in dealing with clerks I had long waits and no help! Will not use again! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, fool me a third time...

Organized, shorter wait. No errors when filling my prescriptions. The staff is professional friendly and small enough to care while big enough to provide medications quickly and accurately.

I switched to the costco pharmacy from a competitor and am so happy I did. I already have had a smoother, more friendly experience. The lovely person manning the counter, Carrie, was so fun and sweet. Definitely enjoying my experience and the customer service.

We are from Maryland and had to have a prescription called in to this Costco. They waited on hold for 30-45 minutes to get ahold of our dr for us. Very kind of them.
