Excellent service every time! Because we travel a lot I often have to transfer my prescriptions & when I get home, Maui pharmacy personnel switch my prescriptions back w/o ever a grumble! Thanks for such great service!!

Picked up medication we ordered for our pets for the first time, today. The pharmacy counter was not busy at all.. no other customers. The cashier, Scarlett, took her time before tending to us. I waited patiently. When she finally tends to us after we stood there patiently for about 2-3 minutes. Her whole demeanor, body language, tone and speech was very rude and impatient. She made no effort/courtesy to ask if we had any questions. Prompting me to sign for my credit card, not allowing me to read what I was signing ..rudely ordering me 3 times to just “press next !!” Encouragingly, she did apologize after I reacted and firmly informed her that I did not appreciate her displacing whatever stress she was experiencing at that time, on me, a paying customer. Costco pharmacy NEVER has my prescription ready when I go I’m to pick up. Every single time I try to fill there, I have a problem. I get the call Wednesday that my prescription is ready and go in Saturday to pick up and it’s expired already. They say I need to go get another handwritten prescription from my child’s doctor for the ADHD medicine he needs for school. So I need to take off work and have my child miss school again because they didn’t call to tell me it was ready. Staff take absolutely no responsibility for the face they failed to notify my prescription has been filled. Please note I’ve been filling prescriptions there for months. Literally EVERY one with hassle and issues. Choose another pharmacy!!!!!

Pharmacists are always professional, prescriptions are on time, accurate and the staff is so nice! I don't know how they do it, they're always so busy. thank you for your time and efforts! Mahalo
