Costco Pharmacy

I don’t care how long it takes to fill my prescription. But if you tell me “twenty minutes,” and that turns into “a few more,” which turns into “I’ll call you when it’s ready.” And then you don’t call. And I would’ve rather left and come back in the first place... Just. Don’t. Lie. If it might be an hour, say that. If you don’t know, say that. But never ever EVER tell me twenty minutes and then have it be more than 22.

Asked for a shingles shot. I have Florida Blue insurance. Quoted over $200! Went to Walgreen...Free!!

No real issues with the turnaround time or service in general, but I have been lied to by a pharmacist and pharmacy tech in the past as to why a medication was unable to be filled for a 90 day supply (was told it was due to insurance coverage, which was untrue, but ended up resolving it). Today I was told that there is no way to run test claims which I cannot believe is true... Something is wrong with this place.

Can't believe I'm even having to write this because Costco is usually amazing. The orangepark store needs new staff at the pharmacy. Don't stay open till 7 if you're going to try and lie and send people away between 6-7 just close at 6. Mario is the reason i will not be going to this location. Also, someone teach this guy to lie if hes going to do it.

PIZZA WAS HARD AND CHEWY. Ali was not nice about replacing my Slice! Sad! They must do better!
