Costco Pharmacy

They are very nice and professional. Ginny is the best, at least from the people I interact with. They work efficiently, wait time is not bad even when they are busy. They help you obtain prescription for refill when needed and never messed up my prescription/medication. Just because it’s Costco does not mean medications are cheaper, some common medications, yes but I am finding out that come medications are more expensive at Costco than some pharmacies.

I love this Costco! We live a few towns away and there is a closer Costco to where we live. However, the staff is what brings us back time after time. So helpful and courteous and someone is always available to help. We really appreciate that. Costco is a great source for so many items. You get the best prices on most things you want to buy and need. The pharmacy staff is great and you don’t wait a long time to pick up your prescription. Please praise your staff and let them know they are doing a great job! I could live in Costco! Thank you!

I had a horrible experience today at the Costco pharmacy in Sayville! I wanted to purchase Sudafed. Apparently, their system that checks your driver's license and pseudoephedrine purchases was down and they refused to sell it to me. They really should have a backup system in place. Just because drug addicts are abusing pseudoephedrine should not restrict my ability to purchase a drug that I need.

My doctor called in a prescription for me because I am extremely sick. A friend of mine was willing to pick it up for me at about 1030 am. I called and spoke with Anthony and he refused to have it done for me before 1130. Very surprising because usually the customer service is good. I am extremely disappointed. One hour and he couldn’t do anything for me?! Someone like yourself will give a bad name to a good pharmacy. Terrible.

I can’t even express my gratitude for this pharmacy, pharmacist and staff! The pharmacist working last night, Robert (I hope that was his name) (and Genesis who always helps me) are UNBELIEVABLE! I never had people care so much about a customer like they do! Don’t get me wrong… EVERYONE over at this Costco pharmacy is excellent and gives the best service, extremely helpful and friendly. They have the best prices with GoodRX if you don’t have insurance, and will try to help in anyway they can, but last night the pharmacist (I really hope his name was Robert) helped me so much, that I don’t even know how to thank him, I received my text that my script was ready at 6:30pm, I REALLY needed my medicine, so I called to see what time they were open until so the girl said 7:00.
