Costco Pharmacy

SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE par to none! I was a Walgreens customer though out the 10 states I have lived and this Costco Pharmacy has surpassed what I knew about great customer service. No other pharmacy would ever see me again. Here I am amazed how the pharmacist Dr. Al Cruz told me to please stay because he would dispatch my prescription within their last 5 minutes before closing. At the same time, the staff is expediting all prescriptions ready for pickup not leaving anyone unattended. Not only that, their great attitude, attentions to the customers... the list of great attributes goes on.

I absolutely love this pharmacy. The staff is always so friendly and very communicative. I drive longer just to use this specific location. Always a great experience.

This past Saturday I went to Costco pharmacy looking for diabetes medication for my mom. The person there was so extremely nice, understanding and compassionate. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but truly amazing customer service.

Customer service at Costco Pharmacy is amazing!! Justin the pharmacy manager is such a pleasure. I was at another pharmacy prior to Costco and Costco is a far superior pharmacy! Keep up the great work guys!!

FOR PROVIDERS: Don't bother leaving prescriptions on their voicemail. They won't check it and then tell the patient they have no record of it. Double the work for everyone involved.
