Costco Pharmacy

This Costco rocks I go there weekly, great staff, quick if you just don’t go during busiest times… Get on it!! The Costco credit card is money (literally) as well and is my favorite cash back CC.

Refused to fill a prescription sent in by a telemedicine doctor. Called and told me it was a company policy. Never actually explained their policy, what was said to me was: "We are very strict with filling prescriptions" "We cannot accept a prescription from THIS doctor" "Go and take it back to your previous pharmacy." As far as i can tell, this pharmacy simply decided they didn't want to fill it. I will not be going back somewhere that makes me feel as if I am in the wrong for a choice they made.

3 weeks ago I purchase High blood pressure medication $8 for 3 weeks . I when there yesterday Wednesday turn shot for 3 weeks of how blood prison medication now is $71. And I ask him why They said to me this is how we work so you don't like it Go somewhere else I recommend CVS. Long live the pharma

Great experience as a new customer even though my membership was expired. I was still able to get rx filled there for pick up the next day (my doctor post-dated rx.) Auto Refill can be picked up same day, too, at 8pm. Pharmacy closes at 830. Whereas at CVS pharmacy, the earliest for Auto Refill is at 3pm the next day. When ordering auto refill on phone with Costco, they say it can be picked up next day, but if you stay on phone, you can request an earlier pickup, which i assume is 8pm by default. If rx isn't in stock, you can get partial fill if you don't want to wait until next day. They say 30 min wait after drop-off.

Gave them three months worth of messing up filling the same medications before rating and finding aanew pharmacy. My doctor calls in the script, I call to verify, I show upuand they messed up and forgot to fill it. They say wait, I wait an hour, they say pharmacist did not fill it, I talk to pharmacist, he goes to fill it, I wait 25 minutes when they said it would be five, I get my prescriptions. And this is when they didn't have to have a conversation with my doctor because they "misheard the drugs name on their answering machine"... Two months straight. The polar opposite of convenient. Going back to Walgreens.
