HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! If there were was an option to rate you guys negative -0 stars that’s what you would be getting right now. I drove all the way from north Riverside to get a Halloween prop that was “available” according to the supervisor Fernando. Waited 25 minutes he never came out and had the decency to admit he read the system wrong until I had to speak to another supervisor and all I got was a sorry for waisting a hour worth of my time to go to you guys willing to make a purchase and all I receive is a “sorry” never going back again you guys are a complete waste of time and you’re employees don’t even know what there doing there along with all you’re supervisors and managers. Kelly the pharmacy tech was by far one of the most disrespectful employees I’ve ever come across in a Costco. All because it’s a new year and we had to add a new coupon to a prescription. Her eye rolling & negative attitude was very unnecessary.

This pharmacy sucks, I still don't know if they take my insurance, I went for a prescribed pill, and a tetanus shot, the guy at the opposite side of the registers told me they didn't take my insurance, so I paid $15 for a pill, and almost $50 for the shot, my insurance called them, and they had to give me my money back for the pill, as for the shot, had to fill out a reimbursement form with my insurance, of coarse for the fault of my dr., but she got her bad review too, and I switched dr.s, I found out that this pharmacy never billed my insurance.
