Costco Pharmacy

I've been using Costco Concordville Pharmacy for years. The staff are so kind, caring and helpful. We also receive all of our vaccinations there...gentle, skilled staff - painless! Prices are excellent too.

The absolute worst customer service and pharmacists who lie and can't keep track of prescriptions. Zero accountability and even worse, zero empathy for a diabetic without their medication. Honestly, some of the worst human interactions I've ever had.

2 weeks ago my wife and I had appts for flu and covid vaccinations. We weren't advised the Moderna vaccine was out of stock until we arrived. In the past when a prescription was unavailable, we got a call ahead of time from the pharmacist. Also, we had 10:00 am appointments and were asked to arrive 10 minutes prior. We arrived at the front door at exactly 9:50 but were not allowed in the store until exactly 10:00 because we ONLY had a $65 a year gold membership. No way to treat customers!

The short lady is the most condescending, unprofessional, and rude pharmacist/pharmacy tech that I have ever come across. Employees like her are the reason the pharmacy industry is going to be mostly home delivery because no one wants or deserves to be treated as subhuman when they are literally just trying to get a medication. It’s disheartening to think of how many people she has accosted at such a busy location. Her treatment of you is dependent on her opinion of the medication you are picking up.

Pharmacist was very condescending and unprofessional when she felt she had to verify my prescription with my physician's office. The prescription was completely legitimate, but her attitude was insulting and belittling. I will take my business elsewhere.
