Costco Pharmacy

We use the Gaithersburg Costco pharmacy regularly. The staff is ALWAYS very helpful and polite, both in person and when we call. The prices are generally lower than CVS (and the service is MUCH better!)

I’m a Deaf customer for Costco for 25 years and I always use Costco pharmacy and I’m very pleased with their services and costs. I’m surprised to see low ratings as it seems perhaps the customers don’t know how to use their Costco apps to maximize effectiveness to get their prescriptions. The staff is always friendly and professional

Poor customer service. There's on woman with twists who come off abrasive & ignores customers. She's told me they didn't have a medication but when I called by phone, I was told it was in stock. My doctor sends my prescriptions & I get a notice they have been sent. However, there's one of two medications that get lost in the process. They are also disorganized. The woman with twists is a technician & she tries to impose guidelines that don't exist.

Osman gave me my shot and he was amazing! I was super nervous at first, but he made me feel comfortable right away. He was kind, patient, and honestly — the shot didn’t hurt at all! I really appreciated how gentle and confident he was. Thank you so much, Osman!

This Costco pharmacy has really really lovely employees at the desk. They are very friendly and caring even when the customers are being rude and angry to them which shows a lot of self control. The pharmacists have been helpful, making suggestions when the Doctor orders a medication that my prescription insurance doesn't want to give me. The refill by phone process is very simple. I am very pleased with this pharmacy.
