Costco Pharmacy

Warehouse is fine. Pharmacy is horrible. Every single time I call in my perscription, or use their app, they say my perscription will be ready in a certain amount of time. I almost always call in the perscription in the morning and pick it up after work, 5 to 8 hours later, well over 2 times the time frame they give me. Every single time they waste my time by making me wait in the long line and they tell me it is still not ready. They then make me wait another 45 minutes to an hour again, then they make me wait in their long line again. The service is quite horrid, especially when many of their patients have medical issues. I'd recommend any other pharmacy

Two weeks trying to get one of the national chain pharmacies to fill a prescription. I ran out and was 4 days without. Found it at Costco. Their tech got on the phone with my doctor’s office and got the prescription rerouted. Had my meds in less than two hours. Walgreens just lost a 13 year customer.

Very rude pharmacist when I called in with a simple question.

I had a weird encounter with the pharmacist who refused to refill my prescription, even though it (the prescription) was given by 2 different doctors! I suspect the lady pharmacist is somewhat bitter and resentful for not having finished medical school, and ended up in a pharmacy instead! Plenty more stores around the area to choose from!

I needed time-sensitive advice about a tetanus booster, and my GP was too busy to talk to me, so I was told to call a pharmacy. Peggy at Costco looked up all of the information I needed (which took a bit of time!) helped me come to a decision, and immunized me with almost no waiting. Great service!
