The pharmacist and staff are always friendly and courteous. They will pick up the pace if they know you are waiting in store.

Really didn't want to feel like a victim, but I am glad to know I wasn't the only one with a bad experience at this Costco location. They made me feel like a drug addict just for wanting my medication. They even called my doctor to verify my prescription and asked if I was using my real name. My doctor reached out, and I even called my old Costco location in Cumberland to try and sort out the issue. Despite explaining myself, both the Asian lady and the pharmacy technician ignored me and were condescending throughout our interaction. Despite my politeness, they continued to treat me as if I were trying to do something illegal to obtain my medication. My doctor and pharmacist from Cumberland witnessed the whole situation and suggested I pick up my medication from the cumberland location ins

I wish I could 0 star. the whole crew are jerks... the black lady asked us to fill forms for vaccines and said 15 minutes waiting time then someone will call you... but after 55 minutes, still no call even we clearly show the anxiety. I did ask the same lady and the korean lady again and they all said there is only one man who is certified to inject and he has been on the phone. Are you kidding me? then I ask how much more time I need to wait, the lady has no idea by saying just wait! this is ridiculous and unacceptable... I have been a costco member for 10 years and I have never had such a bad experience before... The pharmacy staff should all be fired since they just don't care about customer by showing indifference. I hope the management team can take high priority on this!!!!!

While my experience is generally no nonsense, this last time they decided to move the line, not caring for the order of the line, and then just started taking people in the wrong order. If you're going to take 10 minutes per person you better ensure the people standing in line for an hour get seen before the people that just walked up. Ridiculous.

I have used this pharmacy every month for almost 3 years. They always take wonderful care of me, treat me with respect, and most importantly fill each one of my prescriptions accurately. They don't always have what I need exactly on that day because, well who does. However, I leave it with them and get a text when it is ready. During the height of covid there was often a line and more complications, but that seems to be in the past. I don't bother going anywhere else. I enjoy my experience with Costco Duluth
