Costco Pharmacy

I have never had a bad experience with anything Costco related until I called the pharmacy today and had to deal with Becky. She is extremely rude. She wouldn't let me speak, no matter how many times I asked her to let me speak, every time I started, she spoke over me. Only for her to call back a few minutes later to tell me she was looking at the wrong prescription (the exact thing I was trying to tell her). If your job ever includes dealing with the public, then you should be trained on customer service. I have never experienced anyone at Costco with that type of disgusting attitude.

Recently had a bad experience at the pharmacy .I don't want to share that situation but will tell you that if you have a bad experience tell management .I have been a Costco Member for 20 years .The employees have always been great ! If there is a problem they will address it immediately ! I don't know of any other company in Memphis that has a better attitude to keep members happy ! Thank You Costco for all you do for me .

Probably the best pharmacy in town, they really get your medicine to you , no long waits, I had left them a time or so and had to find out that Walgreens is just not going to work for me ,when you need your medication, you need it. You shouldn’t have to keep calling requiring of it,I am honest with my reviews. Getting too old to worry about things like getting prescription filled!

Best staff, best prices. Of course, everything about the Cordova Costco is good. Clean, quick, affordable, well kept and stocked. The pharmacy never has issues getting medication in on time. We've never gone to pick something up and found it not there. Never has issues with insurance. Never had strange delays getting refills. The staff working back there really are some of Costco's best too. It's not often I enjoy standing at a counter waiting to check out, but I always do here because the staff are always so pleasant to visit with.

Jackie at the register is great. Very helpful pharmacist. Way better than CVS and Walgreens
