Costco Pharmacy

Staff was helpful and considerate. Went above and beyond to resourcefully fill my dog's emergency prescription where three other pharmacies hadn't.

The pharmacist Stephen Kendall is very rude and doesn't show respect towards patients. I strongly suggest another pharmacy

If you are looking for a pharmacist to be rude to women, make unfounded accusations and refuse to fill prescriptions when you are traveling this is your place. He was rude to my wife, to the office manager at the doctors office and to the assistant at the doctors office (all women) and then refuse to fill a prescription when you call him on it then Steven is your man. What a trip this pharmacy is. We were accused of lying and he accused the physicians assistant of lying. Seek prescriptions elsewhere.

This pharmacy is the cheapest with my insurance plan. The pharmacists are great. But the asian girl that works the cash register is the absolute worst. Every interaction with her is bad. She acts like she hates her job and that every customer is an inconvenience. I’ve even seen her roll her eyes at other people. They need a better front end worker. Everything else is good though.

If I could give 0 star I would. The customer service doesn’t exist. They asked for all type of paperwork, when doctor faxed over everything they said they never received them. No communication whatsoever, cost customer couple of trips but still not getting the medication. They also refused to call doctor to clarify themselves. This is the WORST pharmacy you can never find in Charlotte. It might save you couple of dollars but the time wasted is not worth it. Unless you have plenty of free time to play with them. Love shopping on Costco except this pharmacy. The manager need to act up. I’m not the only one expediting this!
