Costco Pharmacy

My pharmacy is the best. Good customer service and phenomenal pharmacist. The store in general is above average compared to the other Marts in the region.

Here's the truth. This costco has great customer service. Yes, parking is horrible, so is every costco. The gas lines are going to be long, though they shouldn't. And people have a problem with respecting personal space. One of the issues with has is idiots who are so nervous to run out of gas, fill up every day even though they are on 3/4 of a tank. I watched 2 people fill up and only pumped about $10 in a BMW X7 and a Chevy Tahoe. People walk around the store like they are sight seeing. Stopping in the middle of a isle, backing up, completely disregarding the fact people are behind them. People stand right up on you and invade your personal space when at the pharmacy. I've had to tell them to back up so much that cursing is needed do delivery the point. Ultimately it's the customers

Tien and Desiree in the pharmacy were provided terrible customer services, were also a bit inappropriate in their ways communicating with me, and this went on for a while. I love Costcos and have been a member for years, but please try another Costco pharmacy and AVOID TIEN and DESIREE at Chantilly Costco. I have transferred, canceled, and removed all of my prescriptions from this nightmare of a pharmacy to another Costco pharmacy and NO regrets. I will NEVER recommend this pharmacy location to anyone who experts customer service, honesty, ethical behaviors, respectful communication with better pharmacy staff and their customers/ clients, and simply more conscientious and honest workers.

I really like Costco, but I can not recommend this or any of their other pharmacies. If you are sick and need medicine, they won't have it in stock and you may have to wait for it for 3 days. If you have a maintenance medicine, they won't have that either.. and good luck receiving notifications with any kind of reliability. Recalls on medication? -- I remain sceptical. The folks there all seem like nice people... But it is the same medicine everywhere, so go someplace better If you are using Costco Pharmacy, please remember to be nice with the staff.. this really seems like a corporate issue.

No one is a bigger fan of Costco than I am, however we recently decided to try the pharmacy. What a big mistake. I am not sure if it is just a bad IT system or staff that is severely under trained, but every time we go it has resulted in at least a 30 to 45 minute wait. Sometimes it is the "we went to a new system" excuse and sometimes it is just a 10 people in line. There seems to be 8 people working back there, but only one person waiting on customers. I get it might be cheaper, but for me not worth a long wait every time.
