Costco Pharmacy

Very nice staff at the desk that smile, care and genuinely enjoy their work. That's so important. Sometimes they don't have prescriptions ready by when they said they would. Their inventory system doesn't give them a heads up when an item is ordered that is in low supply, so then you arrive and it hasn't been filled. No one's perfect and overall they do well. It's a very busy place!

Abby is the absolute worse. She has zero customer service skills. Pharmacy people should have more patience. They’re dealing with sick people and people with debilitating diseases.

Great pharmacy prices, but it is getting harder and harder to find a parking space at that store. Lines for pharmacy aren't too long as they now regularly have three pharmacists on the registers. They are always really nice and friendly.

I usually really have a great experience with this pharmacy but was very frustrated today with a very unhelpful tech. I received a text that my prescription was ready so I left work to go pick it up as it is usually a quick process. I waited in a line of about 8 people and made it up to the desk and provided my name. The tech pulled my prescription and shared the price being over $250. I let him know that wasn’t right and he said “it’s right” and refused to run it again. I told him I wasn’t able to pay that price and he made me feel rushed so I stepped away to call my insurance company. I spoke with an insurance rep and they told me that the cost was incorrect and Costco should run it again. I had to wait in another 15 min line and got back to the same tech. He told me I needed to go down

I had a very positive experience with Costco pharmacy. I generally use another pharmacy, only because Costco doesn’t take my insurance. However, I had to get a refill on a prescription and my regular pharmacy was out of stock and had been for over a week, at this point. So, I had my Dr. call my RX in to Costco. I was dreading the cash cost, since prescriptions are so cheap, when you pay the cash price (sarcastic). I was happily surprised that the cost was not only reasonable, it was even cheaper then my GoodRX.com price. Which never happens. Not only that, the pharmacy tech was so polite and knowledgeable and even helped me figure the cheapest price I could get my RX for. One more point, they tend to have the medications that other pharmacies are out of.
