Deeply Disappointed in Store Leadership I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of Britney, the Assistant Store Manager at this location. Her behavior was unprofessional and completely lacking in empathy. As someone representing store leadership, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and professionalism. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and unsympathetic. Leadership sets the tone for the entire store, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect the values or member-focused standards that Costco is known for. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location based on how this was handled.

The service at this pharmacy has been consistently disappointing. We have been using this location for our prescriptions for several years, and our interactions with an employee named Jessica (I believe her name is Jessica) have frequently been unpleasant (very unkind). Recently, we called ahead to check the status of our son’s prescription, and Jessica informed us that the medication was not in stock. However, when my wife visited the pharmacy to pick up her refills the same day, she asked another employee to verify this information and discovered that the medication was indeed available… This is not the first time my wife and I have been frustrated with her customer service.

Pharmacy staffs are always in bad mood or something. They have such bad attitude when talking to them on the phone and in person. This includes the male technician and the female pharmacist. Prescriptions are never ready on time.

Nov. 2017 UPDATE: Service has improved drastically since 2016. I think the Pharmacy has placed better-trained individuals at the counter, making interactions much more pleasant & efficient. Nov. 2016 review: Pretty poor service. I've called ahead to confirm that a medication was available & when I arrived I was told that they don't carry the drug. Also, if you refill prescriptions via phone, they are rarely ready at the time they are supposed to be. Give them an extra 2 hours. I have had very bad luck here.

The pharmacist oversteps her boundaries all too frequently. She’s too in your business, so much that she will question your Dr and prescriptions he/she may write. She even recently had the audacity to say my Neurologist shouldn’t be writing scripts for Adderall.., you have got to be kidding me. All because he changed my dosage and she didn’t agree with it. There are a handful of doctors who can write this, that’s a family dr, therapist, and a neurologist. The pharmacist at this location needs to stay in her lane. She even demanded I buy Narcan because she didn’t like the combination of meds my previous dr prescribed and refused to fill unless I did so. If you are prescribed controlled meds, be advised. She will make your life hell….she pretends to care, but will make you suffer trying to g
