Costco Pharmacy

nothing has changed in 5 years. complete chaos at the ticket office and in the parking lot. very crowded throughout the store. everyone interferes with each other. and I always try to arrive on weekdays at 9 am. It’s scary to imagine what happens on weekends or holidays.

Lines should be organized. They can use dividers or something. The store is nice, but, parking and lines can be an issue. I’ve shopped here for over 2 year and nothing has changed. They have people outside in groups or in their own cars waiting for orders on instacart taking up parking and most not knowing how to shop getting in peoples way. If your an Instacarter and do this (STOP!) you can get the same orders 5 Blocks away or even driving around. Some type of security should ensure of this. Wegmans will call police and have you ticketed if the same thing happened there. Maybe, this should happen here to stop the congestion. And some workers can use an Attitude Adjustment!!!! It’s not anyone’s fault you don’t wanna work! If you can’t deal with customers why you working in retail!

The lead pharmacist and the staff are ALL very helpful, patient, and accommodating, in every way that they can. They are also knowledgeable regarding insurance and other regulations. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful they are. Always a positive experience. :-)

This is a disgrace. There are 3 people standing at the entrance and demanding a costco card. But the paradox is that they don't ask everyone. It's a disgrace.

You can use the Costco pharmacy even if you're not a Costco member (just tell them at the front of the store that you're going to the pharmacy). There is almost never a line at this pharmacy, and the staff is very helpful. They carry most medications, and they will special order the medication you need if they don't have it right away. This location is very convenient for me, so I love how easy it is to get my prescriptions.
