Costco Pharmacy

They get everything right. Easygoing and pleasant staffers, always getting every prescription correct with very few exceptions. Over the years I have come to depend on them and I think the value of the Costco discount is amazing because it is off and below my copay. The only limiting thing here is the hours and that's just something that has to be worked with considering that it is Costco and not a 7-day a week pharmacy. If you can work with that then you'll find this is the best pharmacy in town, in my opinion.

the Costco pharmacy at Altamonte Springs, FL is fantastic! We most recently began tapping into this resource for our pets' medications-yes, PET medications!! Th costs are much more reasonable than other means. The pharmacy staff is always pleasant and helpful, with timely completion of prescription fill requests. It is my understanding that Costco pharmacies may fill prescriptions whether you are a Costco member or not-give them a call to discuss this further. Consider giving them a try--I think you will be very pleased!

If your medication is a “controlled substance” expect to be treated like a junkie and turned away. It’s disgusting that mere pharmacy techs make decisions about whether or not patients can receive treatment. Don’t waste your time here. They’re condescending and disrespectful. You deserve a pharmacy that will treat you with dignity and do their job.

I’ve never wanted to say anything about this pharmacy until today when I had the most disgusting conversation with Jeff, he is literally the most incompetent person I’ve ever talked to & he has no idea what he’s doing. He claims to have done this for 34 years. If he’s treated people like he treated me today for the last 34 years, maybe it’s time he retires. He’s there to make your life hard & he makes no effort to be helpful. Jeff told me he would do something illegal by calling in a different refill time than what is on the actual prescription just so I can’t get what my son needs. Stay away from this pharmacy.

I will never deal with them ever again! I am Costco customer for last 8 years and never had a problem with Costco. But it is very disappointing to say Costco Pharmacy is not upto the standards set by Costco. My doctor sent a prescription for glucometer to Costco and I collected it from Costco Pharmacy. Couple of days later I got to know from my insurance that they didn’t cover it as it isn’t their preferred brand. I went to pharmacy to speak about it as why they gave me which isn’t covered by my insurance. They told me that my doctor particularly called for a brand and so they can’t give me a insurance preferred brand. Two weeks later when I went to doctors office for a follow up visit, I requested my doctor not to give any specific brands since my insurance isn’t covering certain bran
