Costco Pharmacy

Rayna in the pharmacy was and always is SO helpful and kind. I had to pickup a prescription yesterday and she went out of her way to see if there were any available discounts and she was able to find one since I am a member. I didn’t even ask for a discount or expect the cost to be brought down, even just her looking, was so thoughtful and something she didn’t have to do. She is always kind when I have to pick up and makes this costco my first choice pharmacy.

I've been a member for 26 years. Costco is phenomenal in every way. Best customer service around. The pharmacy staff is friendly and competent. Prices are spectacular.

I’ve never dealt with the rudest customer service of my life. Michele is SO rude and was not helpful at all. She talked down to me thinking I was a child, she talked rude about me to her coworkers after she stormed off. Update: Michele cancelled out my prescription when I left. I went to go back and pick it up and they didn’t have my prescription filled for me anymore. ***The rest of the staff is awesome and extremely helpful.

The pharmacist and staff are the kindest and most helpful of any pharmacy I’ve ever used. Even at their busiest, they still take the time needed to help each customer with their issues, especially Raine!

I called the pharmacy ahead of time to check when my daughter’s prescription would be ready and they told me an hour so I headed over then. When I got there they told me it would be another 15-20 minutes. They made me wait an extra 2 hours and everyone else that came after me had already gotten their prescription. My english is not very good and I believe they were discriminating against me
