Costco Pharmacy

Always late always have attitude. Literally go to Walgreens or anywhere else. They’ve been late on my prescription the last three times. Edit: if you need something just ask Samuel!!! Went from a 1 to a 5. He’s got good customer service and got it done asap and took responsibility. He’s the man! Main thing is he got it done and is nice!

Worst Costco Pharmacy in the area. Even had been in contact with Corporate who acted like they took it seriously... unfortunately no changes have been noticed.

There were only two pharmacists when I went to get my flu shot and pick up my prescriptions. The woman was I think German. The other pharmacist was a guy with short dark hair, tan skin. Both were super nice and patient despite the business- I never felt like they were rushing with me. They took their time and were calm. It was pretty busy on Friday morning. It was not was I expected but the friendliness was a pleasant surprise

Poorly staffed thanks to Costco corporate policy. Poor website for online refills, again thanks to Costco corporate office. Nowhere for retirees to sit while they await service, including disabled customers. The Costco bottom line is more important than its regular customers. Obvious that staff reductions have been made at checkout lines.

I’ve been using Costco Pharmacy for over 8 years now. Started at Chantilly then moved to Manassas and recently moved to Alexandria so have started using the Mount Vernon location. I’ve always had a wonderful experience and great customer service up until today and I’m so upset with the interaction I’m fuming over it 4 hours later. I am prescribed a controlled substance and have been for the last 10 years and tonight I was given the third degree and basically a “warning” that if it’s too soon to refill they will know because they run checks in all the pharmacy systems. All starting because I was told it would have to be ordered and wouldn’t be ready for three days, no other Costco has taken more than a day so my response was “Really, the other Costco’s have never taken that long.” It’s sad
