Both of my children see PA Lerch at the North Reserve location, and love her and their staff! Whenever we need "right now" care, we pop into the Russell St location and this morning was the first time we've ever had to wait! It wasn't long and we were kept informed. The staff is always friendly and they really take the time to know their patients, outside of just their current health condition. Highly recommend for primary care or quick care.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Everyone here was so kind and professional with my daughter who had an eye scratch..especially Leslie. Thank you so much..So much better than any urgent care experience

Been going here for quite some time. This one is long overdue. I have had this place do the wrong process for a fixable problem regarding skincare, they cut me open and starting tugging on the muscle in my chest instead of doing a small injection at the problem and sending me over to specialist. Now today, I had been placing calls since lunch. I was told in the previous week to call back and get a referral from them to a specialist if an antibiotic didn’t work out, of course they didn’t pick up. I worked out the day, and showed up at the location at around 5:20, there’s four people in the lobby. I told the receptionist I am trying to follow up regarding an appointment I was told to call in and get set up. The receptionist actually asked me if I had called yet, then proceeded with she was t

Been a patient for over a year. Was out of refills on prescription. Called to get a refill was told all good to go. Went to pick them up and no prescription had been filled. Was contacted the next day. (4 days after was told I was all good to go.) And was told the prescription can't be filled. And needed to pay for labs again even though it was just done 10 months ago.

People at the front desk sent me to a different building across town, only to be turned around and come back to the same building for my actual appointment. Completely incompetent people with no ability to think about what they are telling people, or who they are talking to. No questions, just told me go somewhere else. They have my full, passionate hatered.
