Corvallis Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

I have mixed feelings. My grandmother is here and after being her caretaker and dealing with other facilities I’d say this one is decent. It’s not great and it’s not horrible. I witnessed the med tech losing her mind and berating a CNA who was helping me get medication for my grandma. Not professional. She apologized to my husband and I but what about the CNA?, no apology for her. I want someone that’s caring for my grandma to have integrity, patience and compassion. My whole experience with the med tech made me feel uneasy about this facility.

This facility has gone through many positive changes over the past few months, and you can feel the difference as soon as you walk through the doors. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. The nursing team has noticeably improved, and the new administrative leadership is clearly moving things in the right direction. I truly enjoy visiting and interacting with the team here; definitely worth giving this place a chance.

If I could give this place a zero/negative star I would. I would NEVER refer anyone to this place. Not even my worst enemy! My grandmother's stay at the Corvallis Manor was a horrifying experience marked by neglect and unprofessionalism. This facility is the absolutely worst and I am shocked they haven’t been shut down by the state. Staff are chronically unresponsive; phones ring endlessly, unanswered, and my grandmother's personal belongings were lost. She was repeatedly abandoned, left for hours. Staff were always busy gossiping and their attitude was consistently impolite and snarky. Requests for basic needs were ignored for hours on end, with no follow-up. Nasty accident. A operation. And PT has gotten me home. I just got released from a two week stay at Corvallis Manor. I broke my thigh bone clear through. Without the PT I wouldn't be able to walk with a walker. The staff was great... CNAs, nurses, PT personal, and office staff. Meals were fine. Yes some times I had to wait a bit for help, but I wasn't paying for one on one care. I give it five stars because I believe they were great. Home therapy will continue starting tomorrow. I could never have gotten this far without my stay at Corvallis Manor♥

The staff at Corvallis Manor were always willing to listen and answer my questions. My sister was there for less than two weeks before she passed, every need was met to make her last days comfortable. The facility was super clean, all of the staff were caring and did an excellent job. I can’t thank them enough for all they do❤️
