Corporate Lake

I rented a remote office out of Corporate Lakes Executive Suites (CLS) for 13 years. It was an exceptional office share situation. In addition to private offices, they have shared conference rooms, kitchen/break room, gourmet coffee, snacks and even a golf simulator. I was able to cancel my gym membership because of the on site workout room (with shower facility), and adjacent outdoor walking/running trails. The office manager, Emelina and her team always took great care of me with any administrative support that I needed. I also appreciated the atmosphere / vibe of the culture (with the other tenants). It was professional but not stuffy or uptight. If my company had not expanded to the point where we outgrew the available space, I would still have my office there.

Beautiful setting for an office! The grounds are green and peaceful and right up on the lake with wildlife to watch occasionally. The building is nicely designed and includes a gym with weights, a treadmill, a golf simulator, and a shower. It also has a kitchen (espresso coffee machine) and conference room. The location is ideal and close to restaurants and shopping.

It's a typical business park with a variety of office and medical buildings. A well known business located there is Sports Radio 810 WHB, an AM sports radio station. Every area has nice landscaping and the grounds are well kept. You can go for a short walk around the "lake" near there for a little exercise. A bit hidden away from everything else, it's a nice area to go to when going to the dentist or to get that nose job you always wanted but your mother told you you were beautiful just the way you are but you still wanted it because what does she know what makes you happy and now you are an adult making $50,000 a year and you can afford it and no one is the boss of you now. Highly recommend this beautiful business park!

This has been my go to place for dentistry for over 20 years because the technology is state-of-the-art. In fact if you want to have a cavity repaired with laser and no numbness and no shots then this is a must place of business for your own dentistry.

Nicely designed Office Park consisting of businesses and medical facilities in small buildings nestled around a man-made small lake/large pond. Conveniently located on Metcalf avenue between 119th Street and 123rd street.
