I have been coming to this VA for 45 years. I have never had a problem with any of the staff who have always been respectful, courteous and helpful. Over the years I've gotten help in endocrine, neurology, ENT, behavioral health, podiatry, renal, MRI and optometry without any complaints. Sure once in a while I may have a little problem but it's resolved. Sometimes I simply have to help myself remedy any inconsistency with their assistance. They dive deep into diagnosis and leave no stone unturned. I'm thankful for all the care I'v gotten here. Without it I don't think I'd be alive

Trash, Garbage, and impossible people to deal with, especially Community Care. Can't even get people's name right, calling at the most inconvenient time ever, no voicemail or information regarding the call if missed, and minimum of 1+ hour wait time just to get someone on the phone. These people seriously don't care about their patients. Need to be fired ASAP.

This has to be one of the best run VA's in the country. Friendly, efficient. I really like my doctor. They have great amenities.

Had to go get my hearing aid replaced and calibrated and Valerie’s service and compassion was exceptional!!! Took the time to go over everything that I needed to know about my hearing aids!!! Great job 👏🏿

been here over 15 times now and i can safely say that each time i’ve been, it’s a comforting and smooth experience. they never fail to make me feel taken care of and attended to.
