Coronado Smiles Dental

I had a fantastic experience with Coronado Smiles. The entire staff is warm, welcoming and each of the ladies was extremely accomodating to my two young kiddos. Gina at reception played with my kids while I was getting my X-rays done, and the assistant Anaisa (sp?) was so patient with me when I was having trouble with the X-rays. Dr. Nadine was so kind and didn't make me feel bad for having missed several cleanings due to life circumstances. She also took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. 10/10.

Both my husband and I have been going to Dr. Afshar for several years now and I am overdue to write a review. I highly recommend her. She is attentive and hands-on with her patients, a skilled dentist, on time with her appointments, and her office is clean and efficient. We are grateful to have her practice in Coronado!

Yeah, not good. First, the procedures are rushed...never sure I really got a full cleaning. Second, and the reason for this post... patients considering using Coronado Smiles, be careful to never miss an appointment without cancelling. We are a family of 3 and have been patients of this firm for over 5 years and have spent thousands on cleanings and various other work. We miss an appointment and bam, charged $75 per person for a missed appointment. I get that its a business and those spots go unfilled, but when we call to discuss, we are met with a cold shoulder and an uncaring attitude. Not even a care that we have been great customers for years. It was the attitude that makes me say farewell. It's actually a blessing as we have been considering changing anyhow so this just makes
