Corona-Temecula Orthopaedic Associates

First of all, it took 9 times of waiting long periods of time on hold just to be told to leave a message and then calling the extention to book surgery to finally get a callback to make an appt. At my appt, I waited 1 hour 45 minutes to be called in and another 30 minutes in the room waiting for MD to enter. After all that wait time, it took maybe all of 10 minutes with the MD for my consultation. All that said, the staff were very polite and professional and appeared to know their jobs well. The MD was courteous and caring of my reason seeing him. His explanation was detailed and easy to understand. An MRI was ordered and then I'm to call for a followup appt to discuss next options.

It was difficult to schedule an appt. I called 2 times- was 4 then 6 in que only to get cut off the first time, then 2nd time , I was directed to leave my name & phone number, never got a call back. I was on phone 20 min each time. I ended up driving to the office, spoke with Michelle, and was scheduled for 3/5 appt. This was on 2/26. She said they are having trouble with the "call center". I drove again to the office on 3/2, requesting a sooner appt. if possible. Nora or Norma was able to schedule me for 3/3 9:30am. Thank you! Day of appt. I waited well over an hour in waiting room, but once I was called back, Chris took my X-rays, then waited 10-15 min for Dr. Sayegh to tell me results of x-ray - no surgery needed.Javier applied my cast skillfully. Well, I have to say after reading the reviews the negative reviews. I was reluctant to come to this facility, but to my surprise, I found the doctors office to be well organized. My wait time was 10 minutes in the waiting room and 10 minutes in the treatment room the doctor Tosi was amazing. The staff was amazing. The only thing I could say is they do not answer their phone as much as I feel they should but other than that I felt it was an excellent experience. I was in and out in 45 minutes I would recommend based on my experience.

I had total knee replacement done December 17, 2026 my Dr. Baum. It’s been just five weeks and saw Kevin today doing very well. Today’s my best day. I’ve been going to Corona-Temecula orthopedic for years. I would not trust any other orthopedic group other than Corona Temecula orthopedic.

I understand the long wait now. There are only 2 locations from what I could find. I did almost leave after being there for 1hr 30min. (Even got there early lol) but the doctor did see me after one of the nurses heard that I was going to leave (I was polite not rude about it like other people would be). They’re doing their best with what they have so I will be patient and understanding ❤️I was just tired as heck and my toddler was driving me nuts 😂anyways, keep your heads up doctors and staff!
