The staff were wonderful, especially Terri, RN, in ER. Her spirit was high, happy, cheerful; she had to have been the best RN there, but I'm not discounting the other staff members. I just can't recall their names (sorry). I stayed in the hospital for two and a half days. The food was surprisingly good. All of the staff were awesome; very accommodating and cheerful; especially the nurse in PT. I also have to commend Dr.Anees. I loved his accent and his professionalism I highly recommend this ER and hospital!! Thank you for taking good care of me.

I’m so happy with my experience with my surgery yesterday, I’ve never felt so taken care of and during such a fragile situation I’m so grateful. My intake personnel my nurses that prepared me before and after were phenomenal. And my doctor Dr. Pollack did such an amazing job I’m already on my feet but taking it slow of course. To both Diana’s, Deanna and I wish i could remember all of their names, I’d like to thank you for making me feel so comfortable and keeping me warm! Best experience I’ve ever had in a hospital and especially for surgery. God bless them the whole team i can’t thank you enough 🙏🏻highly recommended.

I was new to this area and nearly new to ER care. But all the staff on everly level treated me and eachother with great good cheer and intelligence. It was a pleasure to be around them, and my wise friend thought so too! Very greatful, and in good way thanks to them too . ❤️ I had 8 different tests that all came back fine.✌️ But knowing my weird symptoms and pain weren't life threatening was a happy relief. They gave me a full printout of all these tests, results and kind advise. The Doctors said that my new PCP would send me to specialists as needed next. The ER staff at all levels were kind to eachother and full of good humor too. Im sure they sent tests results to the Df. I'll see soon. That takes care of my next step too. ☺️

I had a really good experience from the beginning to the end the nurse, the prep nurse the pre-op nurse everybody was amazing but what I loved about it the most is my Nurse. Mari Annie is in the morning and it’s a Mary Ann at night. Those are some amazing human beings And you can tell that they love their jobs and they were so helpful. Everything went smooth one of the best experience I can say I’ve had in a hospital. My doctor was amazing. He was there when he told me he would be there and he prepped me through and talk me through everything. It was all around a great experience and I am grateful and thankful for those people.

The care I received was 99% excellent with a couple minor issues. There wasn't a room ready for me so I was in post-op for about 5 hours, that wasn't the issue. They would not let me get up and walk and I was told that I needed to walk as soon as possible after surgery was over, I asked to walk a couple of times and he said it wasn't allowed. The nurses and CNAs who helped get me into my room were great but as the night shift started in the room I was in, I felt like I had to repeat myself to be able to get up then onlyand walk. They did let me up and I understand they were busy and they had other patients to see and, I never called the nurse, I only asked when they came into my room so I didn't think I was being a pest, But it would have been nice if somebody had put a little bit more eff
