Corona Medical Office Park

If we could give this clinic and Doctor a zero we would. My mother had an appointment at 9 am and was never seen due to the fact that the Doctor never showed up to the clinic. My mother had to leave at 11:30 am from the clinic and the medical staff never gave my mother an answer as to when the doctor was going to show up. The clinic by this time was crowded and patients grew very impatient, who wouldn't after hours and hours of waiting for a doctor who is a no show. My mother has various health issues and needs medical assistance. This clinic never keeps appointment times and my mother always waits 2 hrs before being seen. We are filing a complaint with the BBB and FCC. This clinic and doctor neglect their patients and don't care about any of the patients.

I don't like the fact that Corona Family Care is moving to the other side of Corona, I live on River Road, and the old office was just down the street. Now I have to travel to the South Side of Corona, a distance of 5 miles or so. Maybe it's time to find a doctor closer to where I live!!!
