Zero stars. Rancid smell of urine coming from the waiting room chairs ruined my clothing. The manager, Karen, was giving that name at birth for a reason. True definition of one. After waiting 1.5 hours they STILL couldn’t find my appointment in the system. You’ll regret making an appointment here. Save yourself the time, mental sanity, and money on a new wardrobe by going elsewhere. Oh, and this was put together through an attorney for a legal case. What a joke.

Not the best place they say they will help you and smile but instead tell you oh sorry we can no longer take you as a patient after being with them for 9 months!! Now I know why this place has a low rating. They are all nice at first take your money and then throw you to the curb. If I could give this place a zero I would bunch of A HOLES!!

Friendly staff, very helpful and courteous. The ladies at the front desk are awesome!

First time here for acupuncture. Signed in at 9:25 for a 9:30 a.m. appointment. Finally, at 10:15 a.m. I gave up and told them I was leaving. Several people said they’d been there since 8:30 a.m. and appointments don’t mean anything. More like first come first served. No thank you! I’ve got better things to do with my time...like find a new acupuncturist.

Horrible service from the staff with regards to actual status when something is pending. No response from management to email type of correspondence sent. It apparently takes month in order to issue reports. Not recommended doctors office to use due to lack of actual communication with acurrate updates.
